Let us start with the disease that impacts the most on female reproductive system, PCOS. PCOS is also known as Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. As the name suggests this disease impacts ovaries in negative way and create obstacles in blood flow in menstruation. This also harms the female reproductive system. It stops ovulation and increase the production of androgen which are mainly found in males. Hence, this increase in male hormone results in increase of hairs and stoppage of menstrual cycle. When menstrual cycle stops the non- ovulating eggs start to change into cysts and hence the blood flow get impacted throughout the body. This welcomes other diseases inside the body related to blood, fats etc.

The one aspect of PCOS is insulin resistance and obesity which are common with diabetes. Hence, people with PCOS are likely get strike by diabetes too. Insulin resistance happens due to pancreatic disturbance and this disturbance cause changes in blood sugar levels. The change in blood sugar levels define the type of diabetes a person will have, it can be prediabetes, type1 diabetes or type 2 diabetes. In prediabetes the blood sugar is higher than the normal but not high enough to be counted as type 2 diabetes. In type 2 diabetes there is an increase in insulin resistance which increases blood sugar level in the body causing hyperglacemia and hyperglacemia is caused in type 1 diabetes too. In type 1 diabetes the body produces little to no insulin. This all is done by the organ present in abdomen known as pancreas, pancreas produce the insulin after the intake of glucose in the body to maintain the blood sugar levels in the body but when the cells in pancreas are stop working it stops producing Insulin and hence causing diabetes. Diabetes is the condition of human body which occurs tell how body process energy.

Causes of PCOS

Insulin:

Insulin is one of the most important causes of irregularity of menstrual cycle or diabetes in female body. Higher insulin can cause the increased production of androgen and resistance of it during PCOS can cause diabetes.

Irregular Periods:

During periods ovary ovulates and the eggs get flowed in the bloodstream. This ovulation have a cycle of 1month but during PCOS the eggs become cyst and ovulation stops. This causes irregularity in periods and hinderance in reproduction.

Increase of Male Hormone:

The androgen hormone is present in males but during PCOS the production of androgen increases in the female body this disturbs the menstrual cycle in female bodies causing hair growth in chest, face and chins etc.

Causes of Diabetes

The fast lifestyle is the cause of many diseases in human beings. The main cause of diabetes is the higher intake of carbohydrates and unbalanced diet.

The diets which include the higher amount of glucose and sugar affects pancreas and pancreas, after heavy intake of sugar, reduce the amount of insulin production. Little insulin production is not good for the maintainence of body’s blood sugar and then body reacts to it as a disease.
