The Purifier™ HT 96 is known to be a 96-channel with a high throughput and automatic purification along with an extraction instrument that will be ideal for an ultra-high sample and its processing requirements (with a min. of around 2500 samples/day/instrument).

It is also equipped with an 8 SBS/ANSI footprint and further plate stations, each of the plate position can also be heated separately.

Strength

• The Extraction per Run is about 96 or 192 samples (any number of samples from 1 to 192).
• There is a wide Temperature Range i.e. the heating & the cooling at each of these station would be from around 4-96ºC.
• The Sample is considered to be from 20µL to 1000µL.
• For Environment Safety, there is a HEPA filter & there is no particular aerosol generation, the UV Sterilization
• There is an electrical safety of IEC 61000-4-2 to 11.
• The internal Memory is of 500 Protocols.
• There is a vibration method – there is a mechanical Super Vibrate.
• It has Communication Ports – by using the USB & Ethernet.

Use

• It is an automatic purification and an extraction instrument which is designed for a large sample volume with its processing.
• The 5ml maximum would have volume per well as per the suitable for any cell-free DNA purification and a monoclonal antibody purification method.
• A 10Hz has a bidirectional vibration which also enables an effective viscous sample mixing such as the whole blood along with feces.

The Spring-load plate stations with servo motors would ensure a smooth operation of this instrument during any ultra-high vibration.
