These are quality checked on every stage of its production. They are also made from the high quality aluminium, the stainless steel, any rubber and other materials. It can be single wall oven, double wall oven, triple-wall oven, and even pharmaceutical ovens, the medical high temperature oven. 

Strength

• It is double walled inside the Aluminium/Stainless Steel with 304 qualities.
• It is from the outside made of the Mild steel and it is painted with the Epoxy Powder Coating.
• It has an Insulation of around 75mm by the mineral wool.
• The door of the NSW Hot Air Oven and has silicone or the neoprene rubber gasket.
• The Heating Elements are on the three sides namely:  Bottom, the LHS & RHS.
• It needs to be with air ventilators on the two sides.
• It has a Micro processed PID Controller that has 4 ramps & 4 soak profiles having a set mode, an alarm parameter, a configuration parameter, the profile parameter, a set point profile, a PV error indicator, parameter for the locking purpose
• Alarm: If the temperature deviates more than around ± 1°C, an alarm rings.

Use

• This NSW Hot Air Oven is considered to be one method of also effectively kill any microbes especially the bacteria, the viruses and the molds on heat-resistant materials, mostly used in the Microbiology Department. 
• This Contamination can be controlled during incubation of the cell cultures in the CO₂ incubator and this is of greatest importance.

To further generate some heat with the blower assisted air re-circulation inside the chamber at temperatures from ambient  +10°C to 150°C, 200°C or 250°C.
