5 mL of sterile, plastic, leak-proof urine were collected.

Instructions

Collect the urine in a clean, leak-proof plastic container. Transport frozen and instantly freeze at -20°C. Don't defrost.

Urine in Aptima (Acceptable): Within 1 day after exhibition and before examination, two mL of the urine sample must be positioned into the APTIMA Specimen Transport. The urine transport tube's fluid level (urine plus transport media) must fit within the label's transparent window.
