>>If patient is unable to cough then they are supposed to breathe in sterile saline mist so that they will be able to cough deeply.
>>If above given method does not work then a thin tube is inserted in patient’s mouth to get the sample of the bacteria. This process can be a bit painful and uncomfortable and to minimise the pain a medicine is given to the patient prior the test.
