If results of Typhidot Test turn out to be positive, it indicates that the person has an infection of the Salmonella species. If IgG or the IgM species are known to be present in typhoid test, it could indicate acute typhoid fever. If only the IgM is said to be present, it could mean that you have an acute typhoid fever.
